Trade and Central America: Renewing an Agenda for Sustainable Development
Council of the Americas' Trade Advisory Group held an on-the-record panel discussion on the future of trade in Central America.
Overview
Increasing trade is a critical component of the Central American agenda for sustainable economic development and growth, in addition to being a vital complement to the U.S. foreign assistance efforts announced by Vice President Kamala D. Harris on her recent travel to the region. At the one year anniversary of USMCA entering into force, how can policymakers begin to work toward creating a more comprehensive regional economic zone that builds supply chains, increases investment, and reduces the urge to migrate?
Please join the Council of the Americas Trade Advisory Group for an on-the-record panel discussion.

- Juan José Daboub, President, ThinkHUGE Business and Investment Council
