Overview

Technology has taken a leading role in our lives and in the world, but its proliferation presents challenges. This interactive round table discussion—done in partnership with Salesforce—will dive into technology’s most pressing issues: What does the new reality of digitalization mean for Latin America? How can we ensure the responsible use of technology amid this new reality? How do we make it accessible to everyone? Are we prepared as a society to guarantee technology is used inclusively? What should both the private and public sectors do to cultivate an intentional, critical, balanced, and informed use of technology?

Experts from the private and public sector will answer these questions and discuss the importance of promoting ethical and inclusive technology amid an increasingly digitalized global context. This round table is the closing session of a tour from Salesforce, which consisted of five sessions with government representatives and journalists from ArgentinaBrazilColombiaMexico, and Chile, where they discussed the ethical, responsible, and inclusive use of technology.
