The Plight of Venezuela's Returning Refugees

Council of the Americas held a public meeting with David Smolansky, the special envoy of the OAS secretary general for Venezuela’s migration and refugee crisis.

He discussed the burgeoning crisis and desperate conditions faced by those who have chosen to return to Venezuela from outside the country.
