Kathleen Barclay
Principal, Asesorías KCB, Ltda.
Kathleen Barclay is the principal of Asesorías KCB Ltda., and also serves as chairman of the board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Chile (AmCham Chile). She is a member of the boards of directors of Bicecorp, Banco Bice, Geomar S.A., and Austral Capital, in addition to the board of Banco Caja Social in Bogotá, Colombia.

Katia Bouazza
Head of Latin America, Global Banking, HSBC
Katia Bouazza is responsible for managing and leading HSBC’s Global Banking Business across Latin America and is based in New York City. In this role, she oversees client coverage across all sectors in Latin America, as well as the origination and execution of financing solutions across the region.

Antonio de Aguiar Patriota
Permanent Representative of Brazil to the United Nations
Antonio de Aguiar Patriota is the permanent representative of Brazil to the UN. He currently chairs the sixtieth Session of the Commission on the Status of Women and served as the chair of the Peacebuilding Commission of the UN from 2013 to 2014. De Aguilar Patriota also served as the Brazilian foreign minister, deputy foreign minister, and ambassador of Brazil to the United States. During his diplomatic career, he was also posted twice in Geneva and New York, as well as in Beijing and Caracas.

Nancy Mahon
Senior Vice President of Global Philanthropy and Corporate Citizenship, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc.
Nancy Mahon is senior vice president of Global Philanthropy and Corporate Citizenship for The Estée Lauder Companies and global executive director of the MAC AIDS Fund. She is responsible for Estée Lauder’s global corporate citizenship strategy, encompassing all philanthropic, cause-marketing, employee engagement, and product donation programs. In December 2011, Mahon was appointed as the chair of the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS (PACHA).

Paula Ramos
Partner, McKinsey & Company
Paula Ramos is a partner in the New Jersey office of McKinsey & Company. She joined McKinsey in Brazil in 2003 as a business analyst and today is one of the leaders of the healthcare and consumer goods practices in the Americas. She has extensive experience serving consumer, retail, and healthcare clients focused on topics such as growth and commercial strategy. Ramos has been heavily involved in women’s advancement topics in Latin America in the last decade.

Richard A. Rosenbaum
CEO, Greenberg Traurig, LLP
Richard A. Rosenbaum is the CEO of Greenberg Traurig, an international law firm of approximately 1900 lawyers and 38 offices around the globe, including 29 U.S. locations. Rosenbaum joined the firm in 1985 as its ninetieth lawyer, and has been a leader in its growth across the Americas, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. His personal practice has been diverse over the years, developing expertise in areas that include real estate, entertainment, media, technology, investment, and finance.

Joel Schwartz
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Global New Business Development, EMC Corporation
Joel Schwartz is senior vice president and general manager of Global New Business Development at EMC Corporation, where he is responsible for the overall strategic direction of EMC’s new business activities around the world. In his global role, he initiated EMC’s research and development efforts in Brazil, Russia, India, China, Singapore, and Mexico as well as numerous investments and acquisitions in Israeli companies and joint ventures in China.

Susan Segal
President and CEO, Americas Society/Council of the Americas
Susan Segal was elected president and CEO of the Americas Society and Council of the Americas in August 2003 after working in the private sector with Latin America and other emerging markets for over 30 years. A passionate supporter of Latin America, she joined the organizations to implement a new strategic plan to renew and return the Society and Council to their historic position. Prior to her current position, she was a founding partner of her own investment and advisory group focused primarily on Latin America and the U.S. Hispanic sector.

Tony Sirianni
Global Trade Leader, EY
Tony Sirianni is Ernst & Young’s (EY) Global Trade leader. In this capacity, he leads the firm’s efforts and initiatives to help EY clients and client service teams grow and adapt to the dynamic changes in global trade and capital flows. Sirianni also advises many of EY’s largest global clients and teams on global trends and leading practices while driving initiatives focused on delivering global growth and exceptional client service.
