The United States will “run” Venezuela following the capture of dictator Nicolás Maduro, President Donald Trump said on Saturday, raising several questions about what’s next for Venezuela and for Latin America as a whole. “We are going to run the country until we can do a safe, proper and judicious transition,” Trump told a news conference.
