Americas Society presents Lilia Carrillo: Ruptures and Premonitions, opening May 13, 2026. Curated by Tobías Ostrander, the exhibition introduces the work of Lilia Carrillo (1930–1974) to New York audiences, positioning her as a central figure of the postwar Mexican painters’ group known as La Generación de la Ruptura.
