Video Q&A: Costa Rica's Alexander Mora on "Playing Smartly" in an Era of Mega Trade Blocs

"In this era of mega trade blocs, we have to play smartly," said Foreign Trade Minister Alexander Mora. The Costa Rican minister spoke to AS/COA Online on the sidelines of the 2015 Latin American Cities conference in San José about the country's evolving commercial relationships.
