Thiago Aracema is director of industrial projects, oil & energy, at DHL Global Forwarding.  He joined Deutsche Post DHL (DP DHL) Group in 2007 and is responsible for project forwarding activities including heavy weight and over-sized transport solutions for up-stream and down-stream, renewable energy, mining, infrastructure, ship-building and industrial plants. Mr. Aracema is also the leader for the cross divisional integrated logistics solutions development for the energy sector in Brazil (DHL Supply Chain, DHL Express and DHL Global Forwarding) for the DP DHL. He is also the American Chamber of Commerce president for the logistics committee in São Paulo. Mr. Aracema has more than 14 years’ experience in the transportation industry, 10 being dedicated to the project forwarding sector. He received an MBA in Project Management from the Project Management Institute – PMBok and a degree in Business Management & International Trade.
