Silvana Bahia is the executive director of Olabi and coordinator of PretaLab, a network of Black women in technology. She holds a master's degree in culture and territoriality from Universidade Federal Fluminense and is an associate researcher at the University of Sao Paulo’s Arts and Artificial Intelligence Group and at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro’s Research Group on Policies and Economics of Information and Communication.
