Sheri Henck

Vice President, Global Supply Chain, Distribution & Logistics, Medtronic

Sheri Henck is vice president of Global Supply Chain, Distribution and Logistics for Medtronic. She is responsible for leading global supply chain and distribution strategy and execution, working with Medtronic business and regional leaders to drive key supply chain initiatives. Prior to this role, Henck was the vice president of Operations for the Medtronic Cardiac Rhythm and Heart Failure (CRHF) business. Among her additional leadership roles, she serves as the appointed chair of the Medtronic Women’s Network (MWN). In this role, Henck introduced the MWN Global Manufacturing and Operations Hub, serving aspiring Operations leaders across the globe. Prior to joining Medtronic in 2009, she spent 19 years with Honeywell in a variety of leadership positions. Outside of Medtronic, Henck currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Women’s Health Leadership TRUST and on the University of Minnesota’s Supply Chain and Operations advisory board. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Concordia University and is a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) from the National Association of Purchasing Managers (NAPM).
