Sebastián Vazquez Sangiorgio is a senior principal at Mercer and leader of the Mercer Consulting Hub for Latin America.

He has worked since 2009 in Mercer's offices in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru, and is now based in Chile.

Throughout his years of experience at Mercer, Sebastián has worked with over 200 clients on more than 400 local and regional projects in the following areas: climate and engagement surveys, cultural diagnosis and transformation, competency design, leadership assessments, employee value proposition, career paths, performance management, succession planning, potential identification, job description and evaluation, external competitiveness analysis, long-term incentives, HR transformation, workforce planning, among others.

Previously, he served as project leader at Arvato Services, a multinational company in the Contact Center industry.

Sebastián holds a degree in business administration from the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Buenos Aires (Argentina). He is a certified coach in the Hogan leadership assessment methodology and holds an MBA from the University of the Pacific (Peru). He has extensive experience teaching courses at Mercer for clients across the region on topics related to people management.
