Samuel Rotta Castilla is the executive director of Proética, the Peruvian chapter of Transparency International. He has worked at Proética in various positions since 2003, gaining experience in issues related to the fight against corruption, transparency and accountability in Peru. Rotta has worked as an independent consultant on these topics for international foundations, Peruvian NGOs and public institutions. He is the author of several articles and working papers on corruption. Rotta holds a bachelor's degree in social sciences with a specialization in sociology from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
