The head of McKinsey Digital in Mexico, Haugwitz joined the firm in 2014 at the Berlin office and relocated to Mexico in 2016. He specializes in digital and Artificial Intelligence transformations, as well as innovation topics across various industries, spanning both the public and private sectors throughout the Americas and Europe.

He also serves as a mentor to several startups in the region and currently leads a collaboration between McKinsey and the World Economic Forum (WEF) for Latin America focused on AI competitiveness.

Haugwitz holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics (UK) and is a graduate of the Darmstadt University of Technology (Germany).
