Manuela Adl
Manuela Adl is senior country manager at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), responsible for operations in Argentina and Paraguay. She took on the role on July 1, 2023, and operates from Buenos Aires. She joined IFC in 2015 as senior manager with the Financial Institutions Group (FIG), coordinating FIG’s global and regional activities and overseeing the Business Operations Support Unit. Prior to IFC, she served as manager in the Loan Department of the World Bank Group, managing operations in South Asia, East Asia Pacific, and Latin and Central America from 2011, and earlier was chief operating Officer for US operations at Westpac Banking Corporation, based in London, Sydney, and New York. She holds a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of London, an Executive MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

Asumió el cargo el 1 de julio de 2023 y está radicada en Buenos Aires. Se incorporó a IFC en 2015 como Senior Manager del Grupo de Instituciones Financieras (FIG), donde coordinó actividades globales y regionales de FIG y supervisó la Business Operations Support Unit. Antes de unirse a IFC, fue Manager en el Departamento de Préstamos del Banco Mundial, gestionando operaciones en Asia Meridional, Asia Pacífico Oriental, así como en América Latina y Central desde 2011, y anteriormente se desempeñó como Chief Operating Officer para las operaciones de EE.UU. de Westpac Banking Corporation, con base en Londres, Sídney y Nueva York. Es licenciada en Ciencias de la Computación y Matemáticas por la University of London, tiene un EMBA en Finanzas de NYU Stern School of Business y es miembro del Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
