Lícia Souza is a lawyer passionate about technology and entrepreneurship, with over 20 years of experience in business development, corporate management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate venture capital. Going from executive to entrepreneur, she founded WE Impact, a Venture Builder dedicated to women startup leaders, with the purpose of making the ecosystem more inclusive and innovative. She is also an ally of the WEPs – Women's Empowerment Principles with UN Women.
