Kiki Del Valle is the president of Mastercard’s North LAC Division, overseeing the operations of Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. In this role, she is responsible for advancing the company's strategic vision, bringing a unique blend of market transformation efforts, digital innovation, strategic growth initiatives, product development, and business partnerships driving payments across key markets.

Since she started at Mastercard in 2008, Kiki has played a pivotal role in expanding digital financial services, accelerating financial inclusion, strengthening cybersecurity frameworks, and driving innovation through scalable partnerships. She has been an advocate for consumer-centric business strategies aiding the company’s evolution to diversify with non-financial institution partners including merchants and technology providers. Amongst her accomplishments, she successfully led the fintech practice in Latin America bringing over 100 million new people into the financial system. An expert in digital payments and digital wallets, she championed the partnership and go-to-market efforts launching Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay globally changing the way that millions of consumers pay around the world.

Prior to joining Mastercard, Kiki held management positions at multinational companies expanding her financial expertise, including The Home Depot and General Electric Company. In 2024, she was recognized by American Banker as one of the ‘Most Influential Women in Fintech’, was named one of the ‘Most Powerful Latinas in the US’ by ALPFA, and ‘Most Inspiring Women in Technology’ by World Future Awards. In 2025, she was recognized by Latino Leaders Magazine among the “100 Latinas”, recognizing trailblazing women making waves through leadership, innovation, and impact in their respective fields.

Kiki received her undergraduate degree in Finance and International Business from Emory University and holds a MBA in Finance and Strategy from the same institution.
