uliana Sguerra is a managing director and partner in the Bogotá office of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She is a member of the Financial Institutions practice, currently concentrating on the use of analytics in financial services across marketing, sales, risk, and operations. Sguerra also works with clients on digital and ecosystems in banking. Her clients have included capital markets, institutional banking, retail banking, and insurance companies; and her work with them has covered topics such as strategy, positioning analysis, resourcing and performance, risk and portfolio management, and due diligences for acquisitions. Before joining the firm, Sguerra held a number of positions at Oliver Wyman in New York and Colombia. She earned her BS in Industrial Engineering at the Universidad de los Andes and her MBA at New York University’s Stern School of Business.
