José Medina Mora is President of the Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE) (2026–2027). He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of CompuSoluciones, an information technology company with operations in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and the United States. He previously served as Vice President of the CCE. He was also National President of the Confederation of Mexican Employers (COPARMEX) from 2021 to 2024. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana. He also earned two master’s degrees—one in engineering and another in management—as well as a professional doctorate from Stanford University, in addition to a master’s degree in Government and Public Policy from Universidad Panamericana. He was named “Entrepreneur of the Year” by Ernst & Young (EY), and recognized for his business trajectory by Endeavor (Western Mexico chapter). The IPADE Business School Alumni Association awarded him the “Dejando Huella” distinction, and the Fundación Carlos María Abascal Carranza recognized him as a business leader with a humanistic approach. In 2024, Expansión magazine ranked him among the 100 most important business leaders in Mexico.
