Fernando Napoli is Senior Director Finance South Cone (CFO) at Visa, leading FP&A processes and reporting, and responsible for the creation and execution of regional operating plans, forecasts, and multi-year projections. In this role, he acts as Finance Business Partner for all local functions – Sales, Product, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing – while also supporting regional finance areas such as controllership, tax, billing, and collections across the South Cone region. 

Prior to Visa, Fernando was VP Finance (CFO) at Guru/Hibu, overseeing the full financial scope of the business across Latin America in nine Latin American countries, within the multimedia and internet services sector. 

Fernando holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IAE Business School and a Public Accountant degree from the University of Buenos Aires. He resides in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
