Fernando Cubillos is the Manager of New Business at CAF, responsible for the origination and structuring of private sector projects throughout Latin America.

Cubillos has served as the Energy Leader in the Infrastructure and Energy Division at IDB Invest, Manager and Founding Partner of Antuko Comercialización S.A., Origination Head for Latin America at JP Morgan’s Environmental Markets, Project Manager and Senior Specialist in the Carbon Finance Unit at the World Bank, among others. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Energy from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, Washington D.C., USA.
