Eduardo Marchiori joined MM in 2012 and since Oct 2017 he is Mercer president in Brazil. Prior to that, he implemented Mercer Marsh Benefits JV and was Marsh Consumer Leader, both in Brazil. Before joining Marsh & McLennan Companies, Eduardo held prominent positions at Itau Unibanco, Unibanco AIG and Prever, amongst them Corporate Pension & Benefits Distribution in Brazil, AIG Desk, Real Estate Investments Portfolio and Garantec - the largest Brazilian Extended Warranty Company.​

 Marchiori earned a Master degree from Columbia Business School in NY with Beta Gamma Sigma & Dean's List, a Marketing specialization from UC Berkeley, a Executive MBA in Finance from Insper and a Bachelor's business degree from FAAP. He is a Certified Board Member by IBGC and since Jan.2023 acts as Volunteer of Instituto Reciclar Sustainability Committee (awarded Brazilian NGO). Most recently, Eduardo was appointed leader of Amcham Presidents' Committee in Brazil. ​
