Cristina Ricaurte is a senior business and technology executive with more than 20 years of international experience helping organizations connect technology investments with business strategy. As Regional Vice President and Head of Supply Chain Management Solution Advisory for SAP Americas, she leads teams across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean, supporting customers in modernizing operations and addressing complex supply chain challenges.

Her work brings together executive customer engagement, enterprise technology, and business transformation. Cristina leads senior solution experts across the end-to-end supply chain, focusing on how digital capabilities and business AI enhance decision-making, strengthen operational resilience, and deliver measurable business value.

 Cristina has held leadership roles across the Americas and Europe, including Head of Customer Advisory and Digital Hub for Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as leadership positions in Spain, Germany, and the wider EMEA region. This experience gives her a broad perspective on leading diverse organizations, shaping go-to-market strategies, and adapting transformation approaches to different markets and business realities.

She holds degrees in business administration from Universidad de los Andes (Colombia) and economics from Universität des Saarlandes (Germany). Her leadership approach combines a focus on customer outcomes with a strong commitment to developing people and fostering collaboration across teams.
