Cristina López is founding partner and head of the dispute resolution department at LOVILL-LatamLex, one of the leading law firms in Panama. López specializes in litigation, arbitration, negotiation, and corporate transactions. She is also a designated arbitrator in the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Panama. She obtained her law degree from Universidad Católica Santa Maria la Antigua. She completed her master’s degree from Warwick University in international development law and human rights, majoring in globalization. López is member of the Panama Bar Association, Panama's British Business Association (PBBA), Chevening Alumni Association (CAA), member of the advisory board of “FJLO” Foundation, as well as organizer and sponsor of The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition in Panama.
