Connie de Lange

VP Communications and Corporate Marketing for the Global Cardiovascular Division, Medtronic

Connie de Lange is a strategic global business leader with twenty-five years’ experience in international marketing and communications, new venture start-ups, and change management. She presently leads Communications and Marketing Solutions for Medtronic’s Cardiac and Vascular Group (CVG), where she is responsible for Marketing Communications and Internal and External Communications. De Lange also led Strategic Marketing for Medtronic Americas upon joining Medtronic in 2015. Prior to Medtronic, she was Chief Marketing Officer of Dimension Data, a $7.5 billion IT services and solutions company. At Dimension Data she led the re-positioning of the company from an IT product supplier into a services and solutions company. She has lived and worked in Singapore and South Africa and done business extensively throughout many other markets. De Lange was also a Board Director of the ADC Foundation and the Minnesota High Tech Association (MHTA). In 2010 she was appointed Chairperson of the Africa Advisory Board for the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council. She holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors and Distinction) from Kenyon College.
