Antonio Corrochano
VP & Managing Director – Demand Markets, Ag & Trading LATAM, Cargill
Antonio Corrochano has been an Ag & Trading LATAM managing director since 2016 and is a member of the LATAM leadership team. He oversees Demand Markets, leading market access strategies for Ag & Trading products across Latin America. He also leads the Commercial Excellence LATAM team, focused on process redesign, data management, and technology integration to strengthen customer engagement and commercial capabilities across the region.
Antonio joined Cargill in 1997 and has held leadership roles across trading, origination, risk management, and supply chain operations in Latin America, the United States, and Europe. During his career, he has worked as a wheat merchant in Peru, freight trader with Cargill Ocean Transportation in New Jersey and Geneva, and grain trader in Miami before leading the wheat product line for the Latin America region. Prior to his current role, Antonio also served as general manager for the Andean Region at Cargill Americas, leading commercial and operational activities across key food and agriculture sectors in Peru. Antonio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad de Lima in Peru and has completed leadership and management programs at INSEAD.
