Juan Manuel Barrientos, 36, has been recognized as one of the top 50 chefs in Latin America and ranks among the top five worldwide in terms of social media impact. His restaurants focus on sensory experiences and principles of neuroscience to present modern Colombian gastronomy. Juanma is a chef, entrepreneur, peace advocate, and founder of ElCielo restaurant chain in Medellín, Bogotá, Miami, and now Washington, DC. @Juanmaelcielo
