Oriol Gimenez, a partner at CPG Hospitality, a Latin America-focused hospitality private equity firm, discusses how his company uses sustainability key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide CPG’s asset management processes for the benefit of investors, employees, hotel guests, and the environment.
