Overview

As part of the BRAVO Leadership Forums, Council of the Americas hosted the first virtual encounter of the BRAVO Circle of LatAm Chief People Officers (CPOs), which focused on the topic of “How Work Should Work.”

A select group of 20 CPOs and experts in Latin America shared best practices and discussed talent and people challenges affecting different industries. They highlighted opportunities to continue driving the region's workforce and talent development.

The roundtable featured a keynote presentation by global expert Deborah Lovich, managing director and senior partner of global lead people strategy at BCG, followed by case study presentations from Marcelo Fumasoni, head of human resources at Microsoft, and Gabriela Ugalde, chief human resources officer at CCU.
