    Overview

    As women strive to climb the corporate ladder, they face both structural and social barriers that hinder their ability to reach high-level positions. Siri Chilazi, a researcher at the Women and Public Policy Program at the Harvard Kennedy School, has extensive experience in working with companies to advance gender equality in the workplace and will share key insights aimed at young professionals to recognize unconscious biases and overcome them.

    This program is hosted by AS/COA’s Women’s Hemispheric Network (WHN) and Young Professionals of the Americas (YPA).
