Council of the Americas and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce will hold a private breakfast to preview the Summit of the Americas and discuss the key policy items affecting the business community.

Overview

On April 13 and 14, heads of state and government from across the Western Hemisphere will convene in Lima, Peru for the eighth Summit of the Americas. The Summit will take place at a pivotal time for the hemisphere amid a full calendar of elections, shifting trade agendas, and continuously deteriorating conditions in Venezuela. The private sector will convene a CEO Summit immediately prior, to dialogue with and provide recommendations to heads of state.
