Roundtable with Edgar Amador Zamora, Mexico's Secretary of Finance and Public Credit

Council of the Americas held a private, members-only meeting with Secretary of Finance and Public Credit of Mexico Edgar Amador Zamora.

Secretary Amador Zamora provided an overview of his country’s economic panorama, fiscal priorities, and policy direction under President Claudia Sheinbaum’s administration. He highlighted successful efforts to increase GDP growth, reduce poverty and inequality, and boost investment through Plan Mexico. Members spoke with the secretary about advancing investment in the country and fostering private public collaborations.
