The Personal Data Protection Unit, part of Mexico’s Ministry of Anticorruption and Good Governance, welcomed a Council of the Americas member delegation for a productive dialogue on the priorities and vision for Mexico’s national personal data protection ecosystem.
The meeting, held in Mexico City, provided an important opportunity to exchange perspectives and strengthen collaboration between the authority and the private sector, reaffirming a shared commitment to a regulatory framework that safeguards individuals’ rights while also enabling innovation, investment, and economic development.
