    Overview

    AS/COA hosted a private, off-the-record roundtable on illicit trade in the Southern Cone. The discussion outlined the findings of a report by Asymmetrica The Many Criminal Heads of the Golden Hydra, pertaining illicit activities in the Tri-Border Area.
