Private Event: Dina Boluarte, President of Peru

On September 24, 2025, Peruvian President Dina Boluarte joined AS/COA for a private event with corporate members. Boluarte spoke about developing Peru’s education and health systems, as well as opportunities for the private sector in areas like agriculture, digitalization, mining, and infrastructure.

Boluarte was joined by Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmer Schialer; Minister of Economy and Finance Raúl Pérez Reyes; Minister of Commerce Úrsula Desilú León; Minister of Health César Henry Vásquez Sánchez; Ministry of Housing, Construction, and Sanitation Durich Whittembury; Representative of Peru to the UN Gustavo Adrianzén; Ambassador of Peru in the U.S. Alfredo Ferrero; Head of Cabinet Aldo Prieto;  and Foreign Affairs Advisor Hugo de Zela.

Boluarte previously visited AS/COA in 2023 and spoke at the 2025 and 2023 editions of the Latin American Cities Conferences: Lima.
