Overview
Council of the Americas and the Wilson Center's Argentina Project will hold a discussion with Fernando Straface, Secretary General and Secretary of Foreign Affairs for the Buenos Aires City Government, on innovation and investment in Buenos Aires and challenges facing global cities in the 21st century.
Straface will give an overview of infrastructure development and the role that cities play in boosting global growth and productivity.
