Overview

As the private equity industry matures in Latin America, it is now possible to witness the impact of a generation of deals. AS/COA will host its sixth annual private equity and venture capital panel in partnership with the Latin American Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LAVCA). Participants will highlight some of the most exciting investments in recent years and will examine how private equity firms create and preserve value in the companies with which they partner, including environmental, social, and governance efforts. These cases provide compelling evidence of an industry that continues to develop as it becomes a more integral component of Latin America’s economic landscape.
