With global trade tensions such as the U.S.-China trade war, a drop in crude oil prices which will affect the economic prospects of emerging markets across the board, and the relationship between the United States and Latin America, the forecast for 2019 remains uncertain. Werner will discuss the prospects for economic growth in the hemisphere in this atmosphere.
