    Overview

    Council of the Americas will hold a private, off-the-record conversation with Rose Gottemoeller, undersecretary of state for arms control and international security of the U.S. Department of State.

    Gottemoeller will reflect on her recent visit to Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, and Ecuador where she met with senior-level government officials to discuss peacekeeping, security cooperation, defense trade, and arms control in South America.
