Dialogue with COFEPRIS Commissioner Victor Hugo Borja

As part of the AS/COA Healthcare Series, Council of the Americas convened a dialogue with Mexico's Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risk (COFEPRIS) Commissioner Víctor Hugo Borja and members on Mexico’s regulatory agenda for the health sector, including regulatory modernization, clinical research and innovation, international regulatory convergence, and the investment environment. 

COA looks forward to continuing its dialogue and collaboration with COFEPRIS to support a stronger health system, innovation, investment, and the wellbeing of people across Mexico. We thank Commissioner Borja and the COFEPRIS team for their openness and for a substantive exchange with the private sector.
