Overview

Council of the Americas will host a private, off-the-record roundtable conversation on the state of Mexican politics with Luis Carlos Ugalde.

A prominent scholar, director general of Integralia Consultores, and former president of Mexico's Federal Electoral Institute, Dr. Ugalde will discuss political-risk factors in the run-up to the June midterm elections and beyond.
