BRAVO Leadership Conversation: Mike Froman, Mastercard
The vice chairman and president for strategic growth at Mastercard discussed how the private sector can exceed traditional business models to benefit societies while advancing a company’s growth.
Join us for a timely conversation to explore why profit and purpose must come together at such a critical moment for collaboration across multiple sectors.
Although the pandemic has impacted society on a global scale, the health and economic implications for certain sectors of society have exacerbated inequalities. Looking ahead at recovery efforts, the public and private sectors have a responsibility to collaborate and build solutions for a strong and more resilient world post-COVID.
In his role, Michael Froman is responsible for growing strategic partnerships, scaling new business opportunities, and advancing Mastercard’s efforts to partner with governments and other institutions to address major societal and economic issues. Froman previously served as the U.S. Trader Representative from 2013 to 2017, as well as President Barack Obama’s principal advisor and negotiator on international trade and investment issues.
