Overview

Council of the Americas will hold a conversation on Argentina’s political climate and on education as a key driver to economic growth, trade, and development with Argentine Senator Esteban Bullrich, representing the Buenos Aires province for the Cambiemos coalition.

The Council has long been a supporter of education reform in the Americas and is pleased to host a conversation with one of Latin America’s most prominent leaders in the education revolution. Senator Bullrich, former education minister for President Mauricio Macri, will share key insights from his new book, It’s the Teacher: Why Schoolteachers Should Be at the Core of a Global Educational Policy.

Bullrich will also address political drivers leading up to the October 27 presidential general election.
