    Council of the Americas will hold an off-the-record discussion on Nicaragua with Francisco Aguirre-Sacasa, Nicaragua’s former foreign minister and ambassador to the United States.

    Aguirre-Sacasa will share his thoughts on the serious internal political and socioeconomic situation in Nicaragua and the challenges it presents to the entire hemisphere.
