Ali Moshiri is president, Chevron Africa and Latin America Exploration and Production Company, a newly formed organization based in Houston, Texas. He joined Chevron as a reservoir engineer and later as a drilling engineer. Prior to being elected governor, he served as Minister of Infrastructure, Housing and Transport for the government of Mendoza, beginning in 2007.
