Brazil’s former president is running again in 2022. Will he do so as a pragmatic, or more radical figure?

RIO DE JANEIRO – In 2007, Brazil’s then-president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva was asked why he was endorsing a tax bill that he had fought against for years while in opposition. “I’m not ashamed to change my mind.
