Eric Farnsworth, vice president of AS/COA, spoke to CBS This Morning about the alleged attempted overthrow of Venezuela’s Nicolás Maduro.
“It’s a very convenient thing to have happened,” Farnsworth said. “One wonders given how quickly it was identified and how quickly the perpetrators were rounded up, whether Maduro, at least, didn’t know in advance and maybe had something to do with it as well.”
