If men and women participated in the workforce at the same rate, we could add $12 trillion to the global economy, said Felicia Knaul in her opening remarks of 5th Annual AS/COA Women's Hemispheric Network Forum in Miami. Knaul shared her research on the disparity between men and women in the workforce, also touching upon the subject of harassment.
