LatinTrade: AS/COA's Susan Segal on Latin America's 2014 Outlook

AS/COA's President and CEO Susan Segal talked with LatinTrade about what's ahead for Latin America in 2014 and how the region can stay competitive. "Generally, I think Latin America is on a very clear path," says Segal. She anticipates minimal changes in government policies despite a number of upcoming elections. However, she notes that specific challenges remain that could affect competitiveness, such as infrastructure, education, connectivity, and entrepreneurship. "All of these things are threads, and important threads, which I think have driven and will continue to drive...what leaders need to do in their countries," says Segal.
