Joaquim Levy spoke with optimism about Brazil's pension reform "political battle," Bill Cassidy talked about integrating the Northen Triangle in the region's economy and improving infrastructure, and Axel van Trotsenburg emphasized the importance of education for the region to see sustainable economic growth.
