Paula Ferrari is the regional marketing director at GSMA Latin America. She joined GSMA in 2014 with the purpose of bringing together the mobile industry’s social responsibility efforts and the Latin American government’s social objectives in the “We Care” campaign. In her current role, Ferrari is responsible for designing and implementing GSMA’s marketing and communications strategies across the region. Prior to working at GSMA Latin America, she held communications and marketing positions in companies such as British Telecom (formerly Comsat Lockheed Martin), Pamar Jacques Whitford, Reader’s Digest, and ProMéxico. Ferrari has also been a teacher and an independent consultant. She holds a bachelor's in public relations and focused her post graduate studies in marketing communication and digital transformation.
